Returnin' Yer Loot

(Please note these rules do not apply to the custom made Captain Jack Boots. The below policy is for all other boots. Thank you. )

U.S. Clients:
We will swiftly provide a return or exchange for whatever reason provided the boots are returned to us within 30 days of the day you receive them. (this time frame is extended to 40 days in December & January for Christmas convenience.) Boots must be in mint, unworn condition to qualify. Refunds are purchase price less shipping plus a $10 restocking fee per pair to keep costs down. We will provide an informational form in your package to make it convenient, easy & painfree! In addition, we ship in sturdy boxes that can be re-used to you don't have to search for a box. Yes, it's that simple!

All Non-U.S. Clients:
We will gladly provide a return or exchange for you provided the boots are returned to us within 30 days of the day you receive them in new condition. Refunds are purchase price less shipping plus a $10 restocking fee to keep costs down. Please note due to the high shipping cost out of the U.S., international clients are responsible for the costs of shipping back & forth. Thank you for your understanding.

I recently purchased a pair of the Robin style boots and received them quickly. However, they were one size too big. One quick phone call later, I was able to send them back off, where they were quickly exchanged and the proper size on their way.
